Charles Krauthammer on Fox News' Special Report, says that any way she stands she is guilty: 1) if she was briefed and informed about the use of the EIT's on Zubaydah then she is guilty for not doing something right then and there, and 2) If she was briefed, but only as she claims, that EIT's were to be used, then why didn't she stand up and say something?
