There is a reason why Obama and Venezuela's thug Chavez were so chummy a couple of weeks ago. Obama is learning the ways of the Thugocrats by threatening Chrysler investors. This bit from the Power Line. Even Obama himself said:
"I don't stand with them. I stand with Chrysler's employees, families, and communities," Obama said. "I don't stand with those who held out while everyone else was making sacrifices."
While that is a noble sentiment the fact is Chrysler's investors are first in line for a return on their investment. Obama stands with the Unions. Under his original plans as I noted before the UAW would have had a controling interest in Chrysler. The UAW has put nothing into Chrysler they have only taken out. The question is, could the UAW do a better job?? TWA was a semi-employee-union owned Airline - where are they today?!
